mr. peter was amazing!!! he provided wonderful service to us. the resort had many facilities. i saw numerous restaurants and pools.
the front desk people were not really helpful. i noticed they lacked precision. the wifi wasn't efficient. i couldn't connect all over the place.

i really liked the variety of food. there were many options at the different restaurants. the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. even the pool areas were very clean, we loved the pools and water park, and i found the room services to be amazing, i got a lot of water and soda everyday.
the food was sometimes repetitive for me. i think it lacked flavor at times, it was also sometimes dry. the air cooling in the room could have been better.

i found the number of on-site restaurants quite convenient. there were several themed restaurants with diverse menus. the availability of multiple pools also helped to avoid overcrowding (i especially liked the quiet pool).
the gym equipment was a bit dated.

the location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions, acceptable.
I found several issues . the room i received did not match the advertised pictures. It seemed quite outdated. the promised wifi was barely functional, a major inconvenience as i needed it for work. the staff's limited english proficiency also created communication barriers, causing frustration during interactions.

The welcome at reception was very warm. I felt so at ease. the room had everything needed for a good stay. I liked the sea view a lot. the variety of food from the several restaurants was excellent. I really appreciated the alacarte option. it felt great.
The wifi was not as efficient as i expected. The connection was occasionally unstable

the receptionist ayman helped us a lot he was quick and amazing he provided all information needed i requested restaurant reservations the room was clean and new the view was really like piece of heaven the entertainment team was amazing and helpful the beach foam party is great. the animation team leader disco makes life easy and takes care of the children he keeps them busy ayman and disco are superstars. the heated swimming pool offered a relaxing experience the diverse range of events kept me entertained.
the water at the beach had some plastic bags fragments the water was not so clear.

the hotel has several pools and a fantastic coral reef is accessible from the beach the beach is large with zones for relaxing equipped with bean bags there are basketball padel tennis mini golf gym and billiard facilities available. the food variety catered to different tastes

the hotel has a wonderful beach with zones for relaxing it is equipped with bean bags i watched the sun set from my room there is nothing in the immediate vicinity of the hotel but you can reach soho square for a fee.
